Welcome to my About Me!

As you know, my name is Carmella Donofrio and I am a Props Artisan, Scenic Artist, and Crafts Artisan from Youngstown, Ohio! My journey in theatre began when I performed in my first production when I was in fourth grade. My love for theatre grew as I continued to do shows and then in high school shifted from performing to backstage and design work.

In 2018 I enrolled in Youngstown State University to pursue anything and everything that had to do with backstage and theatrical design. I fell in love with stage management, props work, and all things set related. In 2023 I graduated from YSU with a BA in Technical Theatre and Design and a BA in Music with a focus in Clarinet Performance.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, baking, playing video games, crafting, and hanging out with my cat. My favorite things to do are cross stitching and crocheting, specifically crocheting things for my cat.
